1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver all over Bangladesh, including:
All major cities (Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh)
Selected rural and suburban areas
If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please contact our support team before placing an order.
2. Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka (All Other Districts): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to:
Product availability
Courier workload
Weather or traffic conditions
Public holidays or special events
We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Charges
We aim to keep our delivery charges reasonable and transparent:
Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80 (depending on product weight/size)
Outside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳150
In some cases (for heavy or large parcels), delivery charges may vary slightly, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is successfully placed.
When your order is shipped, you’ll get an SMS or tracking ID so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

All deliveries are handled carefully to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Bangladesh for your convenience.
Please ensure:
You have the exact amount ready during delivery.
You or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order.
If a COD order is refused without a valid reason, future COD requests may be restricted.
7. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders (via bKash, Nagad, or online payment gateways), please make sure to:
Enter correct contact and shipping details
Keep your payment receipt until delivery confirmation
Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver your order (e.g., due to wrong address, phone switched off, or customer unavailability):
The courier will usually attempt delivery again
After 2 failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us
Re-delivery will require additional charges
To avoid this, please ensure your phone is reachable and the delivery address is correct.
9. Delays and Unexpected Issues
While we work hard for on-time delivery, sometimes unavoidable delays may occur due to:
Natural disasters (floods, heavy rain, etc.)
Political events or transportation strikes
Technical or courier-related issues
In such cases, our customer service team will keep you updated and assist you promptly.
10. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking ID to check your parcel’s status directly on the courier’s official website.
