Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

We always aim to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Not eligible for return:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged by misuse or mishandling


2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

We will gladly accept a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival

  • You received an incomplete order

If the issue meets our criteria, you can either:

  1. Request a replacement or exchange, or

  2. Request a refund (as per section 4 below)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@bangaliana.com.bd or call 01313147776.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and provide product photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

  4. You must send the product back via a reliable courier service.

Note: Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or wrong.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited:

  • To your original payment method (if possible), or

  • Via mobile banking or store credit (if applicable).

Refunds may not be possible if the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.


5. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant:

  • The product must be unused and returned within 7 days.

  • You will bear the shipping charge for both return and replacement (unless it was our mistake).

We will dispatch the replacement after receiving and verifying the returned item.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Order number and contact details

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or mobile wallet again.

  • Then, contact your payment provider; sometimes processing takes a few days.
    If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@bangaliana.com.bd.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after receiving the product following the above conditions.
